Get a Boost of Twitter & Facebook Confidence with Crowdbooster

Word on the street is that 4 p.m. during the work week is the best time of the day to tweet and be retweeted, according to Dan Zarella of HubSpot. However as I have found, depending on your audience and subject matter this can vary. While you should still follow this rule of thumb, wouldn’t it be even better if you knew in more detail if at 4 p.m. your tweets were at their most powerful?

Say hello to Crowdbooster. Hello Crowdbooster.

As most social media tools I am exposed to, I was introduced to Crowdbooster through Social Media Examiner in one of their weekly wrap-up posts.

Crowdbooster is an extension of the business start-up, Coversely, Inc. founded in 2010 and funded by Y Combinator. A truly interesting program that helps business start-ups. Crowdbooster is managed out of Palo Alto, California by three gentlemen: Ricky Yean, David Tran and Mark Linsey.

Crowdbooster’s goal is: to help you do the hard work of building a connection with your fans by giving you insightful and actionable information about your social media presence.

In order to sign-up with Crowdbooster you must go through an invitation and approval process. I signed up and it took about one week for it to go through. Once your invitation is sent out, you are asked to log-in through your email address and verify through an additional email. After completing those steps, Crowdbooster links to your Twitter or Facebook account and begins to import your Twitter or Facebook data. This takes another two days to complete but it is well worth the wait.

Once the import process is complete you are able to view your metrics data that details the following:

TWITTER

The Best Time to Tweet
Crowdbooster tracks the activity of your followers and determines when your Tweets for your following are the strongest. Here’s how your chart will look like:

There is also the option to import your reports depending how many accounts and users you have. For one user with three accounts this service is free. Beyond that there is an additional fee. See rates here.

Also included in your Crowdbooster sign-up are 5 invitations that you are free to send out at your own discretion.  One thing to keep in mind is that Crowdbooster is in its Beta phase at the moment, so there may be a few kinks here and there. But I have full faith Crowdbooster will continue to gain exposure and success post Beta launch.

Crowdbooster is definitely a social media tracking tool to continue to watch out for, especially since so many companies are big on accountability these days. Anyone let me know if they want an invite to Crowdbooster, I will be more than happy to give one of my five remaining invites out. Also, share your experience with Crowdbooster if you have one. Let your ROAR be heard!
